Steffen Studio Sets – Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Steffen Studio Sets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability

All clients and their guests use the space at their own risk. Steffen Studio Sets is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your rental period. The client is 100% liable for their own safety and that of any personnel they bring into the space.

2. Respectful Use

We ask all clients to treat the space with respect. Any damage to equipment, sets, furniture, or decor will result in a charge equal to the replacement value and labor costs required to repair or replace the item(s).

3. No Smoking or Alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

4. Food & Drinks

Coffee and other beverages may be available for purchase. Please keep all food and drinks away from sets and equipment unless otherwise approved.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

6. Missing or Stolen Items

Clients are responsible for all items in the studio during their rental. Any missing or stolen items will be charged to the client at full replacement cost, plus any associated labor.
